Greenroom Digital has today announced that their long-term partner, CSM Sport and Entertainment (CSM), will be acquiring the international operations (outside of Australia and New Zealand). Greenroom Digital and CSM partnered up three years ago to help deliver digital and data strategies to a range of clients globally, including HSBC, AIA, Vitality and many more.
Tom Huggins, Greenroom Digital Co-Founder and COO, will remain in the UK and lead CSM’s digital and data team as well as remaining a Director of Greenroom Digital AUS/NZ. ‘This acquisition is the culmination of years of hard work and delivering results for clients in partnership with CSM and we are delighted to formalise our relationship’ Tom said. The acquisition includes all Greenroom Digital operating markets, except for the business operations in Australia and New Zealand. This will continue to be headed up by Co-Founder, Nick Biggin and CSM will continue to work in partnership with Greenroom Digital in those markets.

Despite the obvious challenges around the world the last couple of years, it has been a very positive period for Greenroom Digital. Nick Biggin, Co-Founder and CEO at Greenroom Digital said ‘We have seen a significant shift in focus across the industry towards digital, data and technology, which has been a major focus of ours for the last 10 years, putting the business in a really strong position to deliver high levels of value to clients.’ Greenroom has been very fortunate to enjoy strong growth over this period, adding clients like Supercars, Australian Grand Prix Corporation and Cricket Australia, as well as brand clients, Suncorp, Homestar Finance and others.
