Development of a long-term digital activation strategy for Tottenham Hotspur's principal partner, AIA. Driven out of Asia in collaboration with CSM, the focus was how to engage football fans in 18 key markets to generate leads and direct ROI. Our strategy comprised of 3 elements - 1. 'Reach' targeting a broad football audience, 2. 'Engagement' by using Spurs content to educate the audience on AIA's message and 3. 'Coaching' by providing a virtual platform to bring professional football, nutrition and wellness to as many people in Asia as possible.

MSC Cruises were challenged in showing demonstrable ROI via their partnership with Chelsea FC. Greenroom developed a tailored data strategy to generate a new and engaged audience MSC could speak to with personalised communications. We first set about understanding what fans travel preferences were, to feed into our communication strategy. Within 3 months of their initial investment, MSC Cruises saw significant financial returns and increased bookings online. They now have a database of strong leads that they can continue to communicate with and grow.

With a core objective to grow, enrich and communicate a database of golf fans and deliver them with relevant content, we helped TaylorMade Golf EU develop an audience of highly engaged golf fans and potential new customers, whilst also gaining core insights around online purchasing behaviour. Building and engaging with an audience of new fans to generate commercial returns for the 2019 AFL season, we worked with the Melbourne Football Club to build a database of new arrivals in Australia, students and non-AFL fans to nurture and educate them with MFC content to generate engagement with Australian Rules Football and drive commercial returns through memberships, ticket sales and merchandise. As a result their database grew year on year, with substantially higher email engagement rates and a significant increase in revenue attributed for each active fan who purchased a membership or merchandise.
