THE ROLE – DIGITAL CREATIVE GRADUATE

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate early in their career to join a rapidly growing digital sports marketing agency and get direct creative experience working on large digital global sponsorship campaigns.

The candidate will be offered an initial 3-month placement with a view to a long-term position at the company.

 

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

  • Design of campaign creative across digital mediums (social, EDM and web)
  • Email template design
  • Designing interactive web page prototypes
  • Design of reporting templates
  • Creation of client deck templates
  • Creating internal newsletters
  • Video editing software
  • Team ideation sessions
  • Shadowing senior team members

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A bright, energetic and creative thinker with good attention to detail
  • An enthusiasm for Graphic Design – either through previous work experience, volunteering activity, entrepreneurial venture or past student project
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to manage own time and workload, including being able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for sports is desirable but not essential

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

(Please note these are preferred experience & skills, but by no means essential! Sufficient training will be provided to get you up to speed)

  • Graphic/Creative Design degree or education
  • Digitally savvy and able to fluently converse in key digital marketing & social media concepts
  • Proficient in Adobe creative cloud and specifically Photoshop and XD
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint for design and templating
  • Experience using video editing software desired but not essential
  • Previous professional work experience desired but not essential

The candidate will be based remotely until further notice but may be required to meet in central London occasionally for ‘socially-distanced’ company meetings. The role is unpaid but travel-expenses will be covered if the central-London office re-opens. You will be provided a laptop and related office equipment to enable the candidate to perform in the role.
